As a result we take data security very seriously, to protect both you and us, any details that are supplied by you will be treated in accordance with the European Data Protection Directive. The payment of monies by or on behalf of the Applicant to Technical& General Guarantee Company S.A. ("T&G") shall be deemed as acceptance and confirmation by the applicant and its agents and assigns ("the Applicant") that (1) the fee is fair and reasonable (2) the fee is payable in advance of the performance by T&G of the service applied for by the Applicant ("the Services"), (3) the application and information submitted by the Applicant to T&G for the Services is true and accurate (4) if T&G prior or subsequent to the date hereof performs any action in any way in preparation for or in anticipation or performance of the Services or any part thereof and (a) the Applicant withdraws its application after the date hereof for any reason whatsoever, or (b) any part of the application or any information provided by the Applicant is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or false such as to cause T&G (in its absolute discretion) to withdraw its Services, or (c) if for any reason in the opinion of T&G (in its absolute discretion) the Services are incapable of performance in full or in part, then T&G may in its absolute discretion (but without any obligation on behalf of T&G) refund or retain all or part of the payment made by the Applicant. |
